IN- GILBY, for a Committee to inquire into the expediency of a total repeal of the Malt-duty. On Thursday, Mr. E. L. BULWER, resolution for the repeal of the Stamp-duty onNewspapers and Advertisements, and for a Select Committee to inquire into the propriety of substituting a cheap postage on Newspapers and works under a certain weight.
