Count Von Bismark has informed the Senate of Frankfort that
its independent reply is another proof that it is under the in- fluence of those principles of disorganization which it protects. Further action will be taken, in spite of the fact that the National Verein, which intermediately held its sitting in Frankfort, pro- nounced in favour of the hegemony of Prussia. The Premier does not want to be elected to the leadership of Germany, but to take it visibly and by force.
