Feeling in Norway runs very high at the arrogance of

the German protest against the decision of Norway to prohibit submarines from entering her territorial waters. Sweden issued an exactly similar prohibition and Germany said nothing. Thereason is clear. The Swedish prohibition suited Germany, and the Norwegian does net. The Swedish Press unanimously supports Norway, whose losses through submarines already amount to nearly £6,000,000.
