ROXBURGH OF STOWE Sin, A biography of John Fergusson Roxburgh,

first Headmaster of Stowe, is to be written by Mr. Noel Annan, Provost of King's College, Cambridge, and I have undertaken to collect and sort the material for it. If any of your readers, who may have known Roxburgh at any period of his life, feel moved to send me reminiscences, anecdotes or comments on his work, I shall be very grateful. If photographs or personal letters are sent, care will be taken to return them unharmed.
