The Teviot, West Indian steam-ship, arrived at Falmouth yesterday, having
left Nassau on the 14th July. The news is of little importance. The accounts of the crops in Jamaica are favourable. In British Guiana, the six Financial Representatives had been elected ; but Mr. Emery, whose threatened expulsion had led to the general election, was not among them. An order in Council had been received in the colony, authorizing the remodelling of the Court of Policy.
