The second annual general meeting of the shareholders of the

Land. Securities Company was held on the 31st ult., the Right Hon. Lord Naas, M.P., in the chair. The report presented stated that the net profits for the twelve months ending June 30, 1865, amounted to 2,6141. 18s. 9d., the whole of which the directors proposed to carry forward to the next account.
