Planes and trains

Sir: Richard Branson (`Come fly with me', 28 June) mentions Lindbergh, the Wright brothers, Alcock and Brown, but omits the first aeroplane to fly the Atlantic, the US navy seaplane NC-4 which landed at Plymouth on 23 May 1919. It was designed by my grandfather, Professor J.C. Hunsaker.
