NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS,
It is our intention occasionally to issue gratis with the "SPECTATOR" SPECIAL LITERARY SUPPLEMENTS, the outside pages of which will be devoted to Advertisements. The Twenty-second of these Supplements will be issued with the "SPECTATOR" of Saturday, March 06th ; and Advertisements for it should reach the Publishing Office not inter than noon on the Wednesday preceding that date.
