SIR,—Allow me to say that the chief place of honour in con- nection with the Bill for the relief of the families of deceased incumbents, called the Glebe Lands Occupation Bill, to which you made complimentary reference on February 26th, belongs to
Mr. Ernest Baggallay, who brought in the Bill. Mr. Childers'e and Mr. Tomlinson's names, and my own, are on the back of the Bill ; but the burden of its preparation has fallen upon Mr. Baggallay, and he will have charge of it hero.—I am, Sir, &c., Rouse of Commons, Marcia dad. JOHN G. TALBOT.
