Pullinger, of the Union Bank, was yesterday committed for trial
on two charges of fraud and embezzlement. Lytlleton, the cashier, charged with embezzling moneys, has been acquitted by the Lord Mayor, who told him that he left the Court " with a character as unstained" as that with which he entered it. Lyttleton was one of Pullinger'a victims.
