18th of this month.
We understand that the Reverend Mr. Otter, Principal of King's College, is to be the new Bishop of Chichester. Mr. Otter, it is well known, approves of the policy of the Government with regard to the Church of Ireland. He has always consistently advocated liberal opinions.— Courier.
