A MAN named Collings, who, about five years and a half ago, was sentenced to transportation for seven years, for a larceny committed at Norwich, Was dis- charged on Sunday last, one year and a half before the expiration of his term, in consequence of his good behaviour, He was taken into custody again on Wednesday, for stealing the till, and money therein, at the Fountain Tavern, North End, Portsmouth.
