December 23rd is the strongest on the subject of " Down Glasses" that I have ever read, which is saying a good deal, as I read the Spectator regularly. It is unanswerable, and must be listened to if we are to win this war. Will you have it published as a leaflet to be enclosed in letters and distributed widely? I will gladly buy as many copies as I
