I rubbed my eyes when, on Tuesday, in search of

the Daily .Mail's views on the events in Germany, I found a -leading article headed " No Dictators." It was on the subject of the Pageant of Parliament and at the end of it there appeared in black• type the blunt -statement that " the moral behind it all is that Britain with her ordered system of government which has developed with the centuries' needs will have- no dictator." Has Fascism -now joined " Standard Bread " and " Hats off to France," and all the other stunts that have flashed for a few months or weeks across the front page of the Daily Mail and then vanished ? If that is so, whoever may have won in Germany it is clear that Sir Oswald Mosley is the loser in England.
