27th September, when he delivered his credentials. Lord DURHAM had at that date left Berlin for London. The Daily Papers have been assuring us from time to time that his Lordship has succeeded in a great degree in the object of his mission: we must repeat our belief that not one of them knows what the object of his mission was, and their conjectures on its results are every way worthy of the knowledge on which they are founded.
