The Contemporary Review.

The articles of most note in this month's Contemporary Review are Mr. G. P. Gooch's study of Deleasse--an impartial and accurate summary of his career—and Mr. George Glasgow's comments on Foreign Affairs. The Literary Supplement deserves attention for its sobriety and decent composure. It is pleasant to see well-chosen books well reviewed.
