Another interesting suggestion in regard to that volun- tary Socialism,
Communism or Co-operation, whichever it may be called, to which the Spectator looks for a solution to our economic confusion and waste is to be found in the communication signed " Professor." He urges the adoption of the Trattoria system, under which, instead of "one family, one cook—inefficient and discontented," there should be a communal artist round the corner. Let us hope that Sir Theodore will read " Professor's " communication and that the " Professor " will read his, and that the result will be a trial Trattoria run at Welwyn.
