Illustrations of School Classics. By G. F. Hill (Macmillan and

Co. 10s. 6d.)—Mr. Hill collects here in a volume a number of illustrations which, with a very few exceptions, have appeared in the series of "Elementary Classics." There are nearly five hundred in all, classified under the headings of "Religion and Mythology," "History," "Antiquities," "Buildings, Cities, and Countries," with an appendix containing "Barbarisms." It is a very interesting collection, and its value is increased by the bibliographical index.
