A prospectus of the Scottish and Universal Finance Bank, with
a capital of one million sterling, with power to increase to five millions, in shares of 50/. each, has appeared. The directors state that they have made arrangements for purchasing the business of Messrs. Nathan and Co., bullion merchants, of Cornhill, and also of Messrs. Monteaux et Fils, of Paris.
