Mr Francis Ede ELLIOTT, of 27/29 Lower Fore street, Saltash, Cornwall, who died on June 2nd last, left estate valued at £227,454 gross, £221,070 net. He left his property 27/29 Lower Fore Street, and its contents (used as a store) to the Tamar Protection Society, to be preserved as a historical display of a family grocers shop and the name of Elliott retained on the front of the for- mer shop, to be opened to the public for viewing on payment of a fee, and he fur- ther left them 3/4ths of the residue for the upkeep of the premises, and 1/4th of the residue to the Salvation Army.
