ADMIRALTY, April 1.-The following promotions have this day taken place, copse- quent on the removal of the name of Rear-Admiral of the Blue Sir John Franklin from the list-Capt. Right Hon. Chatles Lord Colchester to be Rear-Admiral on the reserved list ; Capt. C. Hope to be Rear-Admiral of the Blue.
