The Committee upon the Oxford City election has displaced Mr. Stoner, upon the ground of bribery. Captain Polhill's attempt to disturb the return for Bedford has failed.
One of the candidates already in the field for the representation of Marylebone, is Mr. Charles Augustus Murray, second son of the Earl of Dunmore. He promises fairly ; but Sir Henry Parnell has done more than promise.
