NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS.
It is our intention occasionally to issue gratis with the SPEC- TATOR Special Literary Supplements, the outside pages of whichh will be devoted to Advertisements. The Second of these Suppleinents will be issued with the SPECTATOR for April 1st ; and Advertisements for it should reach the Publishing Office not later than noon on the Wednesday preceding that date.
