TOWN VERSUS COUNTRY.

Sig,—For some years I hunted with a pack of foot , beagles, and as is frequently the case, the hunt was joined in by the uninvited outsider, both rural and urban, and although the former appeared the stronger, and, certainly knew the lie of the country better, the quicker-witted townsman of- the same class invariably outlasted the countryman, and saw fnore of the sport. Perhaps you may deem this little fact worthy of addition to the desired " stream."—I am, Sir, &C., -
