A CORRECTION.

[To Tax EDITOR OF Till "SPECTATOR:1 SIR,—In your issue of the 6th inst., on p. 362, you state in the paragraph referring to the recent trial of Dinuzulu that Sir W. J. Smith, the Judge President, is a "Puisue Judge of the Supreme Court of Natal." This is an error, and, as the trial was of world-wide interest, should not go uncontradicted. As a matter of fact, Sir William Smith is a Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court of the Transvaal, and was selected to preside over the Court which tried Dinuzulu for obvious reasons.
