MARCH 16, 1833 THE bribed electors of Liverpool and Stafford are threatened with exposure at least : there is good ground to hope that disfranchisement also will follow. . . . In-Stafford, it appears, that out of 526 voters ,who composed the majority, 524 were bought. The man who paid them the money, will, it is said, be brought up in evidence against them.
