MALE BIRTHS IN WAR TIME.

(To TIM EDITOR OT THR BPI:CW[01s") ie, I think, commonly held that in times of war more male children are born than female. In this small parish of two hundred and thirty people, out of twenty-one births between 1914 and the beginning of this year nineteen have been jirle. Our registers go back for nearly three hundred years, but I can find nothing approaching such a eequence.-1 am, Sir, fie., M. F. HALL. Badyworth Rectory, Somerset.
