LETTERS TO THE EDITOR.

UNIVERSAL " ALL-IN " INSURANCE. [To the Editor of the SPECTATOR.] SIR,—I am grateful to Mr. McCulloch for his letter in last week's Spectator expressing the views of a working man on the proposals for an " All-in " Insurance. This is a sample of a very large number of communications received from various parts of the country and revealing the keen interest which workers are taking in efforts to obtain security for themselves and their loved ones in the main ills of life.—! am, Sir, &c.,
