To turn to. a different type of engine, we have

three six- cylinder sleeve-valve models exhibited by the Minerva Com- pany. Of these the 12/18 and the 32 h.p. chassis are new, and both are very up-to-date, and the small model in particular, which with an attractive fabric saloon costs only £485, is certainly one of the best investments of the year. The large chassis is by no means dear at £850, and is capable of a very fine performance. Quite one of the most popular makes now sold is the Austin, the-12 h.p. and the little " Austin seven." Comment about these two cars is unnecessary as both of them " sell themselVes." The price of the " baby " is reduced by 115 to £135, and at the price is the best value in the world for those who want a small but reliable and speedy runabout. In addition to these two models there are the 28 h.p. six-cylinder and the four-cylinder 20, both of which are suited for large " family saloons."
