Flowers have their fashions ; and In the lead is likely to be the camellia, which had been quite neglected. The R.H.S. are enhancing the new vogue with great vigour. On March 21st there is to start a six-day tour of camellia gardens, in Cornwall, and some special tours in gardens near London on March 31st and April 1st. The reason, I think, for the new popularity is that this lovelY bush, though it belongs to the south, is very much hardier than its reputation as a greenhouse plant would
