This thought is uppermost in the minds of those who are promoting the "Faculty of Commerce" in the Victoria University, Manchester. The enclosed advance copy of an appeal to be issued on the 17th inst. may therefore be of interest to the writer of the article referred to, and may possibly be deemed worthy of mention in your columns.—I
