Sm,—Brigadier Longrigg is angry because, in his opinion, too few

" militant Zionists " in Palestine have been condemned to death and too few executed. Is it right or seemly for any citizen here to put pressure on the Palestine Courts, the High Commissioner and the General Officer Commanding to deflect the course of justice and the exercise of the prerogative of mercy? And would Brigadier Longrigg venture to advise the British Courts and the Home Secretary as to bow they should carry out their duties?—Your obedient servant,
