GRAHAM'S

PORT

1333: Wedding ring by Columba

A first prize of £30 and a bottle of Graham's Late Bottled Vintage 1991 Port for the first correct solution opened on 3 November, with two runners-up prizes of £20 (or, for UK solvers, the Cham- bers Dictionary — ring the word `Dictionary'). Entries to: Cross- word 1333, The Spectator, 56 Doughty Street, London WC1N 2LL.

Radial lights (20 from edge to centre, 20 vice versa) include eight words made from jumbles of consecutive letters in italicised wed- ding anniversaries. A couple spliced in the innermost circuit, and five pos- sible factors (one of three words, one of two) in the circuit next to the outer one, read clockwise.
