am not qualified to enter into discussion as to Hebron or Hermon ; but I submit that the " shoulder " referred to is not, as generally assumed by your correspondents, the shoulder of Hebron (or Hermon), but the shoulder of the dawn. Let me repeat the three lines :— "For I wake in the grey dewy covert, while Hebron npheaves The dawn struggling with night on his shoulder, and Kidron retrieves Slow the damage of yesterday's sunshine."
