A CORRECTION.

[TO THE EDITOR OF THE "SPECTATOR."] SIR,—May I be allowed to point out a mistake made by your reviewer in his note on " University Magazines," by H. C. Marillier P He says that the Oxford Magazine is perhaps the most important, and certainly the most long-lived. I find that this paper was first published in 1883. The Cambridge Review, however, still seems to flourish, and it began its career in 1879.-1 am, Sir, &c.,
