PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL IN WAR TIME. [To THE EDITOR OF THE

" SPECTITOII."-] SIR,-if public opinion has up to the present unfortunately failed to stop League football, surely it will insist on the abandonment of the Cup Competition, notwithstanding the recent decision of the Football Association.
