Sra,—In reference to your wise remarks in the Spectator of November 24th on the incorporation of Trade-Unions, it will probably be of interest to state that within the last few months the Federation of Master Cotton-Spinners' Associa- tions in Lancashire has been registered as a limited company for the main reason of protecting its funds.
