• [To the Editor of the SPECTATOR.] SIR,—Your instances of the moon's influence on domestic matters remind me of the advice given me, in all seriousness, by a certain Norfolk labourer in the late 'eighties at a parson's "tea talk" at which he was a welcome guest.
