Fowler, for having attributed to him, in my letter in the Spectator of June 13th, the remarks on the Agricultural Land Rating Bill, which were addressed to a Cambridge audience by his late colleague, Sir H. Campbell-Bannerman, on the occasion of the Univer- sity Liberal Club dinner on June 6th.
