PROPORTIONAL REPRESENTATION AND THE COMING REFORM BILL.

[TO THE EDITOR OP THE " sescrATon."1 SIR,—ThePrime Minister's announcement that the Government intend to introduce a comprehensive Reform Bill before the close of the present Parliament brings the reform advocated by the Proportional Representation Society into the forefront of political questions, and I therefore ask that you will be so good as to direct the attention of your readers to the record of progress contained in the accompanying Report. Will you also kindly announce that the annual meeting of the Society will he held, by kind permission of Lord and Lady Avebury, at 6 St. James's Square, S.W., on June 24th, at 5 p.m. F—I am, Sir, &e.,
