Who's Who (A. and C. Black, 10s. net) contains, we

are told, twenty-two thousand biographies. This shows a steady growth, and means a very careful examination of all available sources of information. Obviously a book of this kind to be really useful must be complete.—With this must be mentioned the Who's Who Year-Book (same publishers, Is. not), containing a mass of non-personal information which will be found useful.
