The manager of the Olympic is proceeding with a great

deal of care, now be has lost the advantage which he enjoyed during the long closing of the Adelphi and the Lyceum. Mrs. Stirling and Mr. Leigh Murray play very well together in short domestic dramas; and a version of La Protegee sans le Savoir, called Patronage, has been produced with success. The purpose of this piece, which Mademoiselle Rose Cheri raised to great popularity in Paris, is to show the feelings of a young artist, who, being a protegee of a gentleman in the innocent sense of the word, is supposed to be the protegee in a sense less favourable.
