ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
ordinary general meeting of William Beardmore and Co., Limited, held on Thursday, May 14th, at the offices of the company in sgow.
Sir James Lithgow, Bt., M.C., D.L., presided.
The secretary (Mr. D. M. Cameron, C.A.) read the notice convening meeting, and the report of the auditors was read by Mr. H. cRobert, C.A.
The chairman proposed the adoption of the report and accounts and payment of the dividend on the ordinary stock as recommended. The resolutions were carried unanimously.
The retiring directors, Mr. J. B. Talbot-Crosbie, Mr. T. M. Service, . Henry Lithgow, and Captain Q. H. Paterson, D.S.C., R.N., were re- ed, and the auditors, Messrs. J. Wyllie Guild and Ballantine, ppointed.
A vote of thanks to the chairman concluded the proceedings.
