Sir: Due to what appears to be a typographical mix-up Sir Oswald Mosley's views on the breakdown of the post-war economic system in the West appeared in somewhat garbled form in the interview by me published on November 13.

The sentence should have read: " The traditional trading and financial system resting to a large extent on a large export surplus has broken down. The system only worked after the war because America carried everything on her shoulders."
