Rogers on Elections. Vol. IL Nineteenth Edition by C. Willoughby

Williams. (Stevens. 25s. net.)—The indispensable Rogers, so far as it deals with Parliamentary elections and petitions, has been brought up to date in this massive volume, which incorporates the new Reform Act, but not, of course, the recent Acts allowing women to enter the House of Commons and permitting the counting of the votes to be postponed to December 28th. The editor has done his work well.
