If the present Government desires to demonstrate that it is

not indifferent to the welfare of the British Common- wealth, which it certainly is not, why does it not invite all ' the Members of Parliament throughout the British Commonwealth to meet together in London at a great conference. It is not enough to have conferences of Prime Ministers. What we require is that the ordinary M.P. of the Dominion Parliaments should rub shoulders with our own representatives at Westminster.
