Publications of the Irish Loyal and Patriotic Union. (26 Palace

Chambers, Westminster.)—This is the fifth yearly collection of publications relating to the perennial Irish controversy. The Report of the Parnell Commission is reprinted, at full length, and there is an excellent series of letters from Mr. Balfour and Mr. Wyndham, entitled "Lies and Replies," besides other valuable matter. A speaker on the Unionist side should certainly arm himself with this volume. It contains ammunition enough to fight a good many battles with.
