Guide to the Registration of Business Names Act, 1916. By

Is. net.)—Many people will doubtless be glad to know of this clearly written guide to the important Act passed last year under which any one not trading under his own name has to register particulars, under penalty, and print his name on his trade circulars and notepaper. As the Act, curiously enough, does not apply to limited companies, it is already being evaded by the formation of companies—especially, it is said, by aliens—and the omission will doubtless have to be remedied.
