In next week's Spectator John Cole, our industrial correspondent, writes the first of two articles on the subject, in which he analyses in detail conditions in the industry. It is intended to submit the two articles, when concluded, to the Royal Commission on the Press; meanwhile 'The Printer's Trade' begins in next week's Spectator.
