you on your unqualified editorial condemnation (May 23) of the abominable behaviour' of the US Administration in relation to the ms Mayaguez, welcomed by the Times, to its disgrace (and to that of our country) as "a well-handled affair.' Revelations since you went to press on this subject have fully justified you in your attitude. They fully justify also. I suggest, that Dr Kissinger ought to hand back the Nobel Peace Prize which was awarded to him not long ago with more than doubtful justification, failing which it should be withdrawn by those who awarded it to him.
